L'ECRU Passito IGT Terre Siciliane Zibibbo
ECRU' Passito IGT Terre di Sicilia is a natural passito obtained from Zibibbo grapes,
using the unique method of infusing dried grapes into wine.
The garden of Borgo Guarini, where the grapes are dried for almost 40
days, benefits from the intense sun and wind, creating an environment
ideal for the natural concentration of Mediterranean scents in every
grape.
After being destemmed, the grapes are infused in the wine,
determining the unparalleled balance of L'Ecrù. Here no
prolonged, interrupted or restarted fermentation, but only swollen grapes
precious aromatic essence.
